You acknowledge that by accepting this User Agreement, you are becoming a user of ultrasoundforum.com. While ultrasoundforum.com has no obligation to monitor our forums, we do our best to monitor them nonetheless. However, since we do not monitor on a "real time" basis, you may see content that is objectionable before we do. ultrasoundforum.com reserves the right to review any Postings and to remove or refuse to post any Postings in its sole discretion.

SPAM and Unsolicited Advertising

All SPAM and unsolicited advertising on any of ultrasoundforum.com's resources will be deleted without notice. Posting to more than one forum with the same content is considered SPAM. Unsolicited advertising is consisted of direct and indirect advertising. Only advertisers and sponsors are permitted to advertize on ultrasoundforum.com. An exception to this rule is made within the "Buy & Sell" forum, where Users can offer ultrasound equipment, services concerning ultrasound and equipment and services that are of general interest to the Users of ultrasoundforum.com. User Conduct

ultrasoundforum.com welcomes all points of view on ultrasound matters. However, although interactions within ultrasoundforum.com forums occur in cyberspace, everyday manners apply. Please respect and interact with fellow members as you would in any public arena. You may not submit Postings that are indecent, profane (including masked profanity), obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, misleading, illegal or defamatory, or any material that infringes the rights of others, especially intellectual property, or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy ultrasoundforum.com.
In addition, we do not tolerate harassment, or denigration based on age, gender, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability. Indemnity

By accessing and utilizing this site, you agree to indemnify and hold ultrasoundforum.com, its administrators, assignees, affiliates, representatives and moderators, or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand and all losses, liability, damages and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of any jurisdiction. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site must be resolved in the state or federal courts situated in Quebec. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.
